I am so happy to announce that my LinkedIn training, Beyond the Profile is HERE!! I have been working on this training for a long time and it is time to finally send it out into the world. I hope you LOVE it.
Why did I create this Training?
I hear many of the same stories from my clients regarding their relationship with LinkedIn as a career tool. Not using it regularly, overthinking things, fear of engagement, can make LinkedIn feel unappealing. People lose out on opportunities to reap the benefits of LinkedIn because they get intimidated and overestimate the complexity of LinkedIn or get paralyzed by the idea that they aren’t doing enough.
Personally, I have benefited immensely from LinkedIn. I go there to learn about careers and to see what people are talking about. It has helped me feel energized around my own career. LinkedIn can be a place of collaborating, learning, supporting, researching and connecting. It can be a safe place to explore your career.
Having worked with clients on LinkedIn for 10 years, I have identified the areas that are both easy to implement and provide a solid return on investment. Once you have your profile in working order (and when I say this I mean it can be a B or B+, it does NOT have to be perfect), it’s time to start interacting with LinkedIn in a meaningful way. This training shows you how to do that. In Beyond the Profile, I show how you can engage with LinkedIn in an authentic, curious and generous way.
